Notice of 3 Public Hearings: April 14, 18, 19

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given for three public hearings.  All three hearings concern construction of a year-round residence on property owned by Jonathan Dyer and Samantha Monmaney, Moss Flower Lane, tax lot I-D-32.  The first hearing will be before the Planning Board, and the last hearing will be before the Select Board, both of which are to determine whether Moss Flower Lane is adequate, with or without improvements, for erection of this building, as required by RSA 674:41.

The second hearing will be before the Historic District Commission and is to determine compliance with the district regulations, which are primarily associated with materials, appearance and placement of the structure.  Roads, driveways, and landscaping are normally not topics for this second hearing.
