January 23 Public Hearing on Drinking Water Protection ordinance amendment
The Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on amendments to the Drinking Water Protection ordinance to increase the setback for septic systems. For commercial uses, to regulate portable toilets, building setbacks, steep slope construction, soil compaction, and prohibition of certain uses.
